Sandra Felton's Bio:
In addition to Smart Organizing, Sandra Felton has authored 12 books including The New Messies Manual, Messie No More, 2d. ed., When You Live with a Messie, and Living Organized. She has also published several other books on the topics of attention deficit disorder, time management for teachers, organization for writers, and the twelve step program for change.

Sandra and her organizing concepts have been featured in numerous media outlets such as Newsweek, People Magazine, the National Inquirer, The Gayle King Show, P.M. Magazine, and The Richard Simmons Show. In addition, she has been a frequent guest on James Dobson’s weekly program, Focus on the Family, and on Moody Broadcasting Network’s Midday Connection.

A well-known speaker, Sandra has addressed thousands on the topics of personal and household organization. Her audiences have included the National Association of Professional Organizers, the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization, the Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder, Joyful Woman’s Jubilee, Concerned Women for America, and has held seminars and bookstore presentations in Germany for Brendow Verlag.

In addition, Sandra enjoys speaking to local women's groups and groups around the country. She is a member of the National Speakers Association, National Association of Professional Organizers, and the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. Her awards and recognitions include: Who's Who in the South and Southwest; Who's Who in American Education; Who's Who among Human Service Professionals; and the Mabel Meadow Staats Writing Award

Sandra also founded a direct marketing company which supplies products to meet the unique needs of disorganized people. She also heads Messies Anonymous which sponsors self-help group meetings around the world.

Sandra holds a Master’s of Education degree from the University of Miami, and left a career in high school education to pursue writing and helping others get organized. Sandra has three adult children and lives in Miami, Florida with her husband.
