A Bible study adaptation of the book, along with an accompanying DVD will release in April, 2009.

As a past agnostic and feminist, Vicki bought into the world's formula for liberation only to emerge empty and confused in her college years. During her junior year at the University of Texas in Austin, a friend invited her to a Christian conference for college students. With great apprehension, she said yes and the rest is history. It was there that she discovered that true liberation could only be found in Jesus Christ. Her ministry today is an overflow of that life-changing realization in 1985.

Vicki resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, Keith and three children, Ryan, Paige and Hayden. She is hopelessly addicted to Starbucks Grande Vanilla Lattes, shoe shopping, blogging, and spending time with her family. She is also quite fond of her two pint-sized Yorkshire terriers, Lexie and Scout who she claims are the additional children her husband refused to have.
