Allison Pittman's Bio:
New author Allison Pittman merges her love for words and her fondness for all things western by writing western romance novels. An English teacher by day, Pittman has served at Judson High School in Converse, Texas, for more than fifteen years. She fuels her enthusiasm for fiction and hones her writing skills through a local writer’s group that she’s been involved with for several years. No stranger to entertaining the public with her writing, Pittman, who runs her church’s drama ministry, has written and directed the church’s Christmas service for the past five years to an annual audience of more than two thousand people.
A graduate of the popular CLASS program (Christian Leaders, Authors and Speaker Services), Pittman currently serves as co-president of the Christian Writers Group of the Greater San Antonio area and is a trainer for the New Jersey Writing Project in Texas, an organization of approximately one thousand teachers from several states.
An evangelical Christian, Pittman and her husband, Mike, make their home in Universal City, Texas, where on any given day they can be found cheering their three children on at local sports fields—ten-year-old twins Jack and Ryan at the baseball diamond, and six-year-old Charlie at the soccer field.
